We have no concept of the pressure officers endure during such incidents. Trigger finger along the slide, the carbine tucked into the shoulder as they approach the shooting suspect in the vehicle.
Every fiber of the officer's body is on alert, ready to pull the trigger if the suspect points the firearm he just used to shoot up the detachment.

Totally agree! Thank you officers. What the hell is happening when someone shoots at a police station? This happened not too long ago in Merritt as well.
