Marc studied Culinary Arts at Okanagan University College in Kelowna under the tutelage of Red Seal Chef Kim Ebert who was the Executive Chef at the Hoof & Harness fine dining restaurant in 100 Mile House, British Columbia.
Upon graduation Marc honed his culinary style and skill in Vancouver before joining the team at the BNA, a new, unique restaurant on Kelowna's waterfront.

Marc portrays himself in the "J" Team Series beginning as the Executive Chef for President Bakus in Wyoming Secrets then as the proprietor of his own restaurant in Santa Barbara, California, MARC STUCKI'S STEAK AND SEAFOOD RESTAURANT in 30,000 Secrets, Santa Barbara Secrets, Barkley Sound Secrets and Vancouver Secrets.
