KAMLOOPS — RCMP have released more information in hopes of identifying the suspect in the McCleaners robbery June 6 at 2:50 pm.
He robbed the staff at gunpoint, never spoke, then fled, changed clothes behind the hair salon behind the cleaners and disappeared.
Responding officers found the gun believed to have been used in the crime, as well as the clothes the man was wearing at the time. It’s believed he changed behind the First Choice Haircutters location nearby.
Now, RCMP have found surveillance photos of the suspect allegedly stealing the clothes he wore to commit the crime — including a brightly-coloured hat and sweater.
Someone driving on Summit Drive or Columbia Street at that time had to have seen him. Please call police.
THIS IS AN ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECT!
Our appreciation to CFJC for the photo and updated article.
