I find this behavior so strange for the iconic Canadian federal police force I did a little research. Apparently the force has been imploding for some time.
Here is an article from England about five officers who are charged with manslaughter.

"According to the independent investigations office of BC (IIO), the province’s police watchdog, pepper spray was used against Culver during the arrest. After he was put in the back of a police vehicle, Culver complained of difficulty breathing. Paramedics arrived and Culver collapsed when he was taken out of the police car. The father of three was pronounced dead in hospital shortly after midnight."
How many inquires? How many deaths of citizens and officers? How many law suits against the RCMP? How many millions tax payers put out to cover the settlements for sexual harassment?
Before our federal government gets the message that the RCMP needs to be dismantled. We can't fix what is this toxic.

This is particularly bizarre that the shooting took place in Canada!!! Just about any American city I get it. But Canada?
